Inspire individuals through music
Angelo Granados is the youngest of four siblings. He was born in Tacloban City Philippines. When he was 11 years old, he was fascinated with music. Drawing inspiration from the Filipino band Rivermaya caught his attention with their psychedelic rhythm and soulful lyrics. With his interest, he then asked his mom to get a guitar and taught himself how to play.
By the age of 14, his family decided to move to Vancouver Canada for a chance at a better life. The first chapter of his life had ended, but a new one was about to begin. Transitioning to a new country has never been easy. Going through high school making new friends trying to fit in and finding his place in this new society.

He has been meaning to do voice lessons, but due to the circumstances of moving, he could not put himself through music school. Despite all this, the love of music continued to inspire him as he developed his musical talents. Through the good and bad. Music has become an expression of himself and his place in this ever-changing world.

Now, with “HIRAM” debut. He wants to share his story through his music. He hopes to inspire individuals with his poetic creativity and encourage everyone to understand that music is the great unifier, that can bring all people together, even for a moment.
